He couldn't be bothered  to tote up the votes, so he simply had a quick stroll down the first few pages, added some bands he likes or has heard of to his initial list, plus the ones he thought of in the meantime, and put out a list. What he forgot though was that there would be people with the magic skills of the search button who would check how many times some of the bands on their list were mentioned and easily catch him out. He now has to pretend it was some editorial decision to leave them out and that he hates music and bands he has no clue about. Which is fine, we all have areas we are not interested in, but this charade is ridiculous.

I can do it over the weekend provided there are guarantees it will be respected. We can even split the work if other people want to help. Someone (me) can do the first 5 or 6 lists submitted and I can pass the total to the next man to do the next 5 and so on. Anything resembling a list gets counted, Code's and similar is-this-band-in-it-should-be -in afterthoughts get ignored.
