Barkley pulled Origi's shirt for a good couple of seconds there, then hacked him down. I'm not sure what you have to do to get a yellow.

OK, half time. That was underwhelming. We weren't quite there. First half hour Everton on top without really creating. Last 15 we were back in it, and with a bit more composure we could have carved out the golden chance to take the lead.

Second half to look forward to. They will come out at 100 mph again, only this time it won't last half an hour as their energy will drop. I'm giving them 15 mins of huff and puff, and then the game is ours. We will start to get on top again, only this time we have to score.

Origi to score? Would be lovely. Any win red men. Any win will do.

Despite their good start they hardly caused us any major problems, maybe the half chance for Lukaku which Klavan snuffed out with a good tackle. It took us a good 28 minutes to get into the game but once we did we looked the better team and the most likely to create a chance, although they are few and far between. Hopefully Klopp will tinker with things at H/T and get the fire in their bellies burning.

Hopefully Can is fit enough to play 35-40 minutes as I'd hook Wijnaldum now, the game is passing him by apart from when he gets in the way, he is nothing more than a Championship player living the dream.

They really are a bunch of fucking gobshites. Booooooo! And their fucking player is tugging on shirts and having sly kicks on players. They're like a bunch of fucking 12 year olds in the playground (although that's an insult to 12 year olds!)

That said, we've been fucking shite and too fucking slow. Do we know its a derby and time isnt a luxury? mane needs to get his head from up his arse. His balls and stumbles have been shite.

And why are we giving the ball to Lovren to pass the ball from midfield to front players? he cant hit a barndoor from 10 yards for fucks sake.

Someone needs to get on coleman's case because he's giving milner a torrid time and stopping him getting forward.

We dont seem up for this although came back into in the last 15 minutes when everton have probably tired.

It's fucking infuriating, the thing is when he does want to play a forward ball he's not bad at it.

I know,  He gets the ball on the break, stops and looks to play it sideways, usually to a defender. He's never been able to be decisive going forward and be a playmaker.

Pity because he has so much ability and this reluctance to drive on is all in his head

The foaming at the mouth in the stands over that freekick given to Origi is laughable...

Stupid gets foaming at mouth over it as they saw it a few yards in front of them...so many of them now are same - so rabid, such an inferiority complex and they have bought into the shite they spout for so long now they have lost any ability to see things clearly.

You can get caught up in it but to go spastic over a blatant foul a few yards in front of you is embarrassing.

Neither him nor Henderson have covered themselves in glory that first half mate, anonymous the pair of them.
