Yep absolutely agree when I'm just making something for myself to trough on.

 

Would probably make a bit more effort if I was throwing pics up online like, but that's me.

Mate of mine’s mum has inoperable cancer, so he’s been isolating so he can visit her and hasn’t seen a soul for weeks as he knows it might likely be her last one, sadly.

 

As I’ve also been out of the game with this fucking thing I decided to throw something together for him so he’d had something with mates…

 

Course one: Crisps and beer (This is our standard evening meal when we’re out)

Course Two: Japan/Peruvian

 

Yellowtail sashimi in yuzo

Fatty tuna with truffled ponzu jelly

Traidito ceviche

Spinach and miso salad.

Then steak and spuds, strudel and ice cream followed by a snack board for Rocky IV

 

Even did a booze pairing for each course, I’m fucking rough today.

 

I’ve had worse days…
