I got Derren Brown tickets last September for me and mrs hulk, been looking forward to seeing the man witch for fucking ages. Got the glad rags on tonight in anticipation to be wooed, until i looked at my tickets and saw that they were for last nights show in the empire.

My mate did something similar. I think it was comedy week a few years back and we had tickets to a one man show of the Star Wars trilogy. Went for a few bevvies before it then checked the tickets and realised we were 24 hours late
