Because he was our only attacking threat for the 90 minutes. He didnt have his best game but at least he tried to make things happen unlike certain other "star" players today...

Pepe, almost like he was trying to push the team on with his class but they didn't respond. Think he was still pissed off after the Spain match and he was truly amazing, made me proud to be a red watching what he did in that game.

 

Really cannot think of 2nd and 3rd, the rest was that bad. Pepe is an example to the rest of the squad.
