Stoke Match Thread. Saturday 16/01 Away 12:45pm Kick Off

I find myself not really caring very much. I have no enthusiasm for this match at all.

 

I've felt the same for the past month or so, althought the Villa game did ignite the fire again briefly.

 

I see Stoke are 3/1 to win tomorrow. I could never bring myself to bring myself to back us to lose, but if I could, I think I would.

 

I obviously want us to win tomorrow but if we get beat, I at least want us to go down fighting and not produce another shit, spineless, gutless display like we have done against Reading, Portsmouth & the 2nd half v Arsenal.

 

If we lose having a real go and put everything into the game, I can accept defeat better than I will if we shit out again.

 

This type of reaction is the absolute minimum I expect.

 

I'm not sure what the squad is and if Maxi can play. If he is available, I'd start him as he can't possibly make us any worse. Mascherano's 4 game ban is up so I'll go for:
