Theres wrong on both sides here.

 

The whole thing wouldn't have happened if the women hadn't been verbally abusing the guy, then slapped him round the face, then chased him behind the counter.

 

Of course, to say the guy massively overreacted is an understatement. But there was provocation.

 

Just sayin like.
