Yeah I enjoyed the change there, shame the teams couldnt' balance quite right but it was a good run out all the same, Rene destroyed me all game, as expected, Wig and Mark were brilliant for us.

If we could get 6 v 6 on that small pitch it would be class. You see a lot more of the ball and you have to be a little bit smarter using the ball. I enjoy the 8 v 8, but there are times when you don't much of the ball and there is the temptation to go long with it too often, especially when your team are under the cosh.

 

I thought Rene was good yesterday, he is very strong for somebody so light, like an ant. Pierre was in his element bombing on from deep, I have told him he isn't allowed further than spitting distance from his own goal, but will he fuck listen to me.
