Cheese fucking rules. I have cheese moods. I have different cheeses here than in England to choose from, but i have now assigned cheese moods. From England the regulars were a really mature cheddar (also available here) and a lovely crumbly gloucester or cheshire (sadly not available here).

You can't beat a good cheese pie.

 

My all time favourite is the Skopelos cheese pie . . . from . . . Skopelos. Feta cheese and filo pastry. Best eaten fresh from the bakers while still warm, walking down the steep cobbled streets leading to the harbour to get on the water taxi to Panarmos beach. great cheese based snack.

Love a good bit of mature cheddar, but I also love Feta and Haloumi. Goats cheese is also good, so is Mozarella.

If you like your cheese sandwedges then you have to try cranberry bread. Bought some the other day from Asda and I tell you what……………..wow.

If you have a nice mild cheese stick some between the bread it compliments it perfectly.

Cheese owns bigtime, from the mightiest cheddar to - yes - the humble processed cheese slice. I eat it all the time. Goats cheese, feta, mozzarella, Red Leicester (best for cheese on toast), Edam, Gouda, Stilton, Brie... it's all good.
