If we want to continue with this system, Robertson needs to be benched and a left sided centre half needs to come in.

Unless that centre back is equally as comfortable at left back then you'd need to change the starting formation to accommodate it playing in a 3-2-2-3 from the start rather than a 4-3-3 shifting into a 3-2-2-3.

We looked like a good team tonight, plenty of attacking quality out there. Also thought our pressing was better than most of what we saw last season. Worry is the soft defence, it’s far too easy to get in behind us, and it’s been like that for a while now. A new quality DM is of course required, but that alone wont solve the problem.

Mac Allister looke pure quality, our best player imo. And Ben Doak, fucking hell.

I’m aboard the Doak hype train can’t remember the last young player so good at taking on players

Yep he's amazing.

I even wrote a song

Doooooooooooak on the water

But fire in the sky

Dooooooooooook on the waaaater

Doak Doak Doak

Doak Doak D-Doak

Doak Doak Doak

Doak Doak

Another big positive is Szobosaias corners - they could be a big weapon next season. Its great having dangerous corners.

Mac Allister was the best player on the pitch today.
