Was watching Wolves on MOTD earlier, I'm fascinated by what Lopetegui has done there. 

Sometimes they look like they don't have a weakness. Pace, power, skill, width, aggression, creativity.  

 

I'm fairly sure they are going to get exposed as financial cheats at some point, I mean, they've got a better midfield than most CL teams for Christ's sake. But in the meantime, it's impressive if inconsistent.

I was thinking along the same lines, only the implement I have in mind would be any piece of heavy mining equipment (to paraphrase George Carlin).

 

Lisandro Martinez just came on. It always fascinates me how shortarses like him, or going back further, the likes of Fabio Cannavaro, Roberto Ayala and Ivan Cordoba could play CB at the highest level and be among the finest exponent of defending in the modern game.
