Last man Standing footy prediction competition for new season

Afternoon,

I hope you don’t mind me posting this on here. I’m not a charity chugger! I am an LFC season ticket holder and I am undertaking a huge footy related challenge in October.

On October 11th 2017 I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free standing mountain in the world as part of a 40 strong team for The Steve Prescott Foundation. Whilst just below the summit we intend to set a new Guinness World Record for the highest altitude football match in history. A record that cannot then be broken. It’s a full FIFA rules match refereed by Mark Halsey.

As part of my fundraising I have set up a footy prediction competition called Last Man Standing (link below) and I am trying to get about 100 people involved before entry closes next Friday. If anyone would like to enter online it would be greatly appreciated. Entry is £5, 75% goes to the charity whilst there is a small processing charge and the rest goes into the cash prize pot.

The rules are simple – pick a club to win from each round of Premier League fixtures. If your club wins you go through to the next round of fixtures. If your club draws/loses you are out. The winner is the Last Man Standing and they take the prize pot. The more people taking part the greater the prize pot.

I know charities push things constantly but this is genuinely a terrific charity and sports related. All funds raised by this charity go straight to the fight against cancer, helping those with cancer and to The Christie Hospital. Verification of the charity and me taking part in the Kilimanjaro challenge can be found at www.steveprescottfoundation.co.uk

Thanks for reading this post. If you do fancy a go, great and thank you, if you don’t know worries!
