The truth is that Henderson is actually our best midfielder but Stringy just can't be saying that because his view of him is so entrenched. Hopefully Keita will be our best midfielder with A N Other signing for us too.

Milner has the fewest appearances of all our first team midfielders this season despite suffering no injuries (bar Lallana). That's because Klopp knows he can't play consecutive games at a high level anymore.

 

Or because he is a versatile substitute that can play a number of roles and has the experience required at the sharp end of close games.

I don't reckon the manager agrees with you there. He'll put it right next season when Keita and Ndidi join up to play alongside Camberlain. Can, Milner gone. Wijnaldum, Henderson warming the bench if they're lucky. Can't come soon enough.

I don't know where he got this idea that he's worth 200k a week. Even in this insane market, in England, our Can is not worth 80m. And probably half that in Europe's smaller leagues. He's outa his mind, let him go.

The manager picks Henderson when fit because we are a better team with him there. It may not be him but the balance of the team is always better. For such a 'bad' midfield we seem to be doing pretty well.
