The first sign of the discovery of the Bismarck, by Robert Ballard deep in Atlantic water. The water in which she sank is 4,000 feet deeper than that where Titanic sank. Ballard attempted to determine whether the German battleship had been sunk by the British or was scuttled by her own crew.
