For those not watching Gladiators, its the Youth Cup in a minute.

I would imagine it will be a tough game, as Arsenal have Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly playing. They also have the lad who banged in 10 for the u16s.

You never know at this level though, so fingers crossed.

This must be the best crop of youth team players we've had since the 90's?

We've got,

Curtis Jones, finally fulfilling his potential.

Harvey Elliott making a big impact.

Stefan Bajcetic looked good before his injury/growth issues.

Jarell Quansah handling himself at Premier League level.

Conor Bradley playing with no fear.

Sepp van den Berg and Tyler Morton doing really well on loan at a high level.

The likes of Bobby Clarke, Kaide Gordan and Owen Beck appear to have a chance of making it.

Ben Doak, Trent Kone-Doherty and Trey Nyoni look incredibly talented at a very young age too.

Finally little Jay Spearing is still plugging away, although his chance may have gone?

Koumas Clark and Bajcetic are the spawn of former players.

How long before a chant of 'We all dream of a team of ex players kids' takes off?

Neil Danns son scored 2 in the game too.

We also have Cisse, Maynor Figueroa, Lucas Neil and Phil Jagielka's sons coming through.

I knew about Koumas, Clark, Bajcetic, Danny, and Figueroa, but Cisse, Neil and Jagielka are news.

The blooshite got Danny Mills son, and the Mancs got Robbie Savage and Nick Barmby's lad (before they moved them on), I think we're winning so far.

Cisse's son. That's interesting. Wonder what he's like.

It would be unfair if we have Milan Baros' son too. The opposition need a chance after all.

Apparently, so i read online anyway, Kante is married to Cisse's ex missus, who is about 15 years older than him.

Could be one of those Neil Buchanan is dead sort of rumours.

Also, Cisse has named his kids fantastic names. Prince Kobe is with us, whilst his elder some Cassius Clay Cisse is at Notts County.

Just saw a tweet to say Lucas Neil's son has just left for Sunderland.

Youth Cup game at 1 against Fulham.
