I have two spares to this game in case anyone is interested. My brother is going over for the Everton game so they can be picked up Saturday or Sunday somewhere.

Should be a straight forward win really. I'd start Suarez and Sturridge, get the job done and take them off. Rest Gerrard again. Arsenal on the Wednesday.

I think I have paid for it but can't access it. Do you have to wait for Dave to come back from the pub to activate it or should it just allow access straight away? Thank you .

Of course its all just idle speculation but that is why it's fun. What are your thoughts on how the Carling Cup win will affect dealings this summer? Assume for arguments sake we fall short of both the FA Cup and 4th. Will FSG be more inclined to spend or will they be content that "progress" is being made? Will the Euro attract talent we couldn't compete for last summer or is it all about the CL? What about Maxi, Cole, Aquaman, and Kuyt, we'll need squad depth next year for Thursday nights so are they more likely to stay?

Apparently Joe Allen is our most important player: MARTIN KEOWN: Premier League clubs' MVPs - no Robin van Persie, Luis Suarez, Sergio Aguero or Marouane Fellaini | Mail Online

...but this is fucking majestic. od7eaa5p4Xk Stunning to see just how many are from great positioning, timing and tenacity (how many rebounds?!) more than the crazy footwork we associate him with. Truly one of the greats.

Opta users now more likely to wear a manager's jacket than an anorak | Football | The Guardian Premier League clubs are increasingly relying on statistics to shape their transfer policy Sachin Nakrani guardian.co.uk, Thursday 11 August 2011 Here is something you probably did not know: only 13 players across Europe's top five divisions created more goal-scoring chances last season than Chris Brunt, with the West Bromwich Albion midfielder's tally of 86 putting him 11 clear of Barcelona's tormentor-in-chief, Xavi. Now, to suggest on the basis of this statistic alone that Brunt poses a greater threat to defences than Xavi would, of course, be foolish but it is, …

Good people of TLW I throw myself upon your mercy. I have been selected by my colleagues at my club to help out trying to organise some fundraising for our end of season do. This is about as wonderful a selection as being chosen for decimation by a Roman general. I was just wondering if any of you might work at places where they might have gear worthy of being raffled knocking about that you could donate to my club. I'm not talking signed football boots used to score a world cup winning penalty or top of the range champagne here, anything worthy of being a small prize in a raffle would be appreciated. Possibly a long shot but the TLW forums can be a resourceful b…

Hi all, Sorry if I've done this wrong. I don't even know if TSOP applies for home games - I don't even know what TSOP means! But I am looking for 2 tickets together for the Arsenal game. I am lucky enough to have a season ticket but I want to take my 4 year old to his first game. That was supposed to be the Schalke game but obviously that was postponed. I likely won't get another chance to take him this season so hoping to get lucky here. Thanks.

Seriously fuck it all. I am genuinely fucking gutted about today. My wifes birthday today and I took her out for a meal in town, and then to Comedy Central in Baby Blue afterward There were about 160 people in there. First act on, and he is blind. He goes : Comedian :What did you think of that racist Suarez refusing to shake hands? About 20 people ( Evertonians ) go YAY!! Comedian : Fuck off. He didn't shake his hand because he is a lying French fucking cunt!!y Over 100 people fucking cheer wildly!! Even ( literally ) A blind man can see how we have been fucked over. Fuck the FA and anyone who sticks their fucking nose in.

Just wanted to know what's happened to TLW podcast and is it likely to come back? I've been listening to the Anfield Wrap podcasts recently which I have been enjoying but I always preferred TLW. Are there any other decent LFC podcasts anyone would recommend?

Hopefully now that we are hopefully nearing the end of the whole Evra / Suarez affair which has been the subject of countless threads, air time and column inches I guess we can only hope that Luis feels that the supporters have been true to their word and have supported him through through what has turned out to be a nightmare. If Luis leaves (and who could blame him) then Fergie will have pulled off the master stroke to end all master strokes by starting the whole Luis is cheat before we had even played them this season. Of course the racism allegation by Evra was masterfully handled by Fergie. At this time I am now sick to the back teeth of listening to the half tru…

Been on the bus since about 76/77. When I was a kid, me and my mate used to compare all the Panini football stickers of our players to see which ones had the best v-neck on the classic umbro 76-79 kit. Man, that v-neck had to be perfect. There were a lot of wonky ones out there... Anyhow, any quirks to share?

The little twat should have been sent off against us but that old pisshead is corrupt enough to do this. Premier League - Fergie: I'll play Rafael anyway - Yahoo! Eurosport Premier League - Fergie: I'll play Rafael anyway Fri, 21 Jan 19:41:00 2011 Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson joked he had the perfect solution to his problem of who to play instead of suspended Rafael da Silva - just play him anyway as everyone would think it was his twin Fabio. The 20-year-old Brazilian right-back was sent off for a second yellow card in Sunday's 0-0 draw at Tottenham Hotspur and is suspended for Saturday's home game against Birmingham City. Ferguso…
