  1. Dad used to work in one a good few years back. Spent all of my summer holidays working with him. I fucking loved it. I remember carlitos way and Mrs doubtfire were booked up weeks in advance (mustve been 94/95) and had a massive waiting list for all 13 copies we had in. Used to have murder though when someone didn't return a tape that was booked for the next day. Owner used to go round the house of the person who had it to threaten into giving it back. It was great, used to sit there all day eating soleros and watching whatever film took our fancy. Until someone would come in and want to watch what you were watching. Getting a cheap early teenage thrill of looking at the back of the blueys case to see some tits that hadn't been covered in stars like on the front cover. Those were the days.
  2. Its not biting the dust - it looks like its about to go through a massive revamp if the current job vacancies available at LFCtv is anything to go by. http://www.liverpoolfc.com/jobs-at-lfc

  6. Cancelled in the Summer and within 2 days of going through cancellations I was called and given 6 months free. did the same last week when my free 6 months was up - got the usual speil about 'what programmes do you watch?' ' downgrade your package' etc. Gave my 30 days notice, within an hour I was called back and given 12 months half price. Happy enough with that. Effectively paying 33% of the total cost over 18months.
  7. Gutted it's all over. Saved the final two episodes til tonight as I hate only watching one at a time. What an exhausting piece of amazing tv. I must admit I wasn't quite sure why Saul went into hiding and was disappointed with how his story was tied up. Other than that, the phone call from the bar to Walt Jr was quality, the killing of Lydia was subtle as hell and the stand off between Walt and Jesse was perfect with Jesse refusing to do what Walt wanted. Greatest TV show ever in my opinion. It's thanks to the GF that I even heard of it. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2
  8. New album is now streaming. http://www.metalhammer.co.uk/news/uk-exclusive-hear-the-new-alter-bridge-album-right-here/ Fucking awesome! Could do with one or two 'mellower' moments - But, If you like your hard rock / metal then you'll love this
  9. They also have never heard of ADHD, which is clearly what the kids highlighted I'm this week's show had. It certainly looks like no referrals had ever been made for them. Unfortunately undiagnosed adhd will just lead to them getting into more trouble, possibly getting excluded, poor educational attainment, possibly self medication through cannabis and could even lead to a life of crime. I don't envy the job of the teachers, however there does need to be a greater awareness of spotting these symptoms and dealing with them at an early age. It would make life easier for the child and their family, the teachers and the rest of the pupils. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2
  10. Southport and Rhyl would cost me a fucking fortune if they got rid of 2ps. I get addicted to these bastards when I go to the arcades.
  11. Well after their next game against palace they have two champions league games (obviously a competition that Moyes has never played in) and the manchester derby as three of their next four games. Fail to get a decent results there and the shit could really start to hit the fan.
  12. Not a fan of Walter white, but I love Heisenberg.
  13. Awesome series. I'm a little bit jealous that you've got so much to look forward to.
