Is the new twitter feed thing on the left column of the page working for all of you? Just installed it now, looks fine for me but hows it looking in other browsers? Also, if you can see it, I'm quite proud of the reply I sent to Henry Winter today when he tweeted about Lampard and Terry signing autographs for fans. He didn't reply, but I'd like to think it made him chuckle. If it didn't, fuck him the serious twat!

Those of you who are on twitter, I just tweeted out something from Bragbet who are offering 3/1 for us to beat Arsenal. I need some of you to retweet it so I make a few quid. Ta.

Dan Roan on twitter has said he has it on good authority that RBS will not re-finance and will take control of the club in the next two weeks. Roan was interviewing Hester today apparently so that's the best authority! Also, talk of a US and Asian bid and the board are due to meet tomorrow, again apparently. (I've used the word 'apparently' alot over these last few months!)

I've been off the radar a bit this week. I don't normally read papers and haven't seen any ssn. But I have heard if two things today I can't see about in the forum at a quick glance and wanted to know if anyone else knew. 1. What's this we're supposedly willing to entertain €60m bids for Suarez? 2. What did the owl say about space monkeys and why has it been controversial and now it's not? Thanks for the answers?

My eldest is turning 10 next week and when I asked him what he wanted for his birthday, he said he wanted me to take him to a game. To be honest, I feel a little bit bad about the fact that he supports Liverpool (see the shiteness of modern football thread) but at the same time, something about him asking made me feel proud. Anyway, we live abroad and it's not easy to get over and he's never been, so if anyone can help me get hold of a couple of tickets to any home game this season I'd be hugely grateful. I think he's still a bit young for TSOP.

In so far as they're both intelligent and have something interesting to say. The first is Xabi in this Sid Lowe interview in The Guardian today: Xabi Alonso: 'Spain benefited from players going to England' | Football | The Guardian Sid Lowe guardian.co.uk, Friday 11 November 2011 Xabi Alonso eases himself on to a wooden bench in a tiny dressing room at the Spanish Football Federation's headquarters in Las Rozas, north-west of Madrid, and talks –eloquently, intelligently, rationally, occasionally passionately and in Spanish. Well, mostly in Spanish. Every now and then, when there is not a natural equivalent, he turns to English where those words more properly …

Anyone watching this on LFC TV ? Been a good game but it's like the curse of the 1st team and missed chances is deep rooted. Liverpool missed a few chances and Wolves scored just before half time. Danny Pacheco just scored 1-1 Just gone 1-2 up Adorjan. Could have been an og.

Apart from Henderson, do we have any players there? I was mostly thinking about Pacheco really. England- Spain tomorrow will be interesting to follow as it will include Henderson we have just signed and three players we have been linked with in Bojan, Mata and Jeffren.

Looking forward to this match after our last few performances. I guess we'll see many changes again. The biggest problem for Rodgers is who plays right back, as Johnson and Wisdom were first choice full back options vs Norwich. Not sure if Enrique or Flanagan are fit. But I'd rather see Robinson play over Enrique anyway. We also have McLaughlin, who seems to be fit now. I'd start: ---------------------------Jones------------------------------ McLaughlin------Coates----------Carragher--------Robinson -----------------Henderson--------Shelvey------------------- ----------------------------Pacheco--------------------------- ----Cole-…
