Strange, strange club Arsenal, £150+ million in the bank, £300+ million turnover and they spend the summer putting in half arsed bids for a player from a club that clearly doesn't want to sell to them.

 

There have been a lot of players on offer this summer for a club of Arsenal's apparent stature and finances. Look at some of the players City or Spurs have been in for.

 

They're in decline and the manager/board seem unwilling to do anything about it.

Arsenal fans are a bunch of cunts but its obvious to see why they are frustrated, its not really knee-jerk either, most of them seem long fed up with Wenger, once a great manager but he is a shadow of that nowadays, the longer they keep Wenger the better for us and everyone else at the top end of the league, just think what someone like Ancelotti could do with them.

I don't agree with the booing at The Emirates, but i can understand it.

 

Arsenal are a club in flux. A large part of their fanbase never got over leaving Highbury. It was meant to mean spending more, but thus far it's brought a trophy drought amidst spiralling ticket prices. Wenger's a great coach, but he hasn't been the same since Dein left

 

As much as i used to think we could do with a new stadium, they're a great example of how it can cause a split in support.
