Anybody else ever been diagnosed with this? Just been told that's what i've got in my left shoulder. Was told a few years back that i have tendonitis in my shoulders. Has been ok, but left one been driving me nuts last 2 weeks. Went to doctors and told me this is what i have now.

Waiting to be given a steroid injection on Friday.

Seriously doing my head in as i can't lift my arm and given up trying to sleep on it. Stopped reading some of the horror stories on ineternet sites.

Just wondered if anyone on here been diagnosed with same, and how they have coped with it.

I have a rotator cuff problem that caused my shoulder to almost freeze last year. It was a nightmare trying to do anything, sleep etc. I had to beg my Dr for a cortisone injection and the difference was night and day. Still took ages to get it slightly better and it's still quite bad, but bearable now.

Proper exercises will help with movement after the injection.

Went to the doctor today and he said he refuses to inject for frozen shoulder as the problem is with the fluid around the bone and an injection will do nothing to help the healing process. Told me that will take 3 to 9 months to sort itself out and have to put up with it.

Happy fucking days!
