I hope they don’t get Frank. Doubt he’d go there though. He’d be on my (current) shortlist to replace Klopp when he leaves. 
 

Bielsa would be a suicidal appointment, in my opinion. Everton simply don’t have the players to play Bielsa’s tactics. Plus, his tactics are somewhat unique and I’d imagine would take a bit of time to learn and adapt to. I’m not sure that Everton have that luxury as they need someone who can come in and get instant results for them. 
 

They’re being linked with Hasenhüttl too.
