Yeah Skrtel was an absolute liability today. Pulling shirts and grabbing player's arms. He does it a lot though and never learns.

 

How we didn't see even 1 penalty today for all the pulling of players and shirts are beyond me. It was surreal at times.

I may get shot down but I think Konchesky will add balance to our back 4. I like skrtel but right now I would still favour Carragher and Agger in the the middle of our defence. Another side of it is that by getting a natural left back I think it will benefit Jovanovic by having Konchesky, unlike Agger who is a natural centre back.

 

I have no problem with signing Konchesky, might not be your star name but I wanna see how he performs before I judge him unfairly.

Wilson has played 3/4 games for Rangers at LB,but thats not his position.

He was a disgrace. Skrtel and Poulsen should have had penos given against them for pulling shirts at Corners. We should have had a stonewaller for handball and that Morrison fella shouldnt have been sent off either.

If it means moving Agger back alongside Carragher then I'm all for it. Don't trust Skrtel at all.

 

Skrtel is a penalty waiting to happen. He could have easily given one away yesterday and he seems to be doing that in every match. The shirt pulling isn't even subtle. All centre backs do it to a certain extent, but his is ridiculous. I don't trust him in the slightest. His performance in matches will be meaningless if he gives away a penno every match. The sooner we get Konchesky and move Agger into the centre, the better if you ask me.

True... Carra has given away a huge amount of penalties so far in his career, and will continue to do so, due to his style of play.
