Just went the local Late shop for some veg and they were selling off cans of Piston Head Full Throttle for 50p a can. Usually £2 odd so a bargain, 6% aswell.

 

So I cleared the shelf, 15 cans for £7.50. Nice one

Had a couple of belters last night. Plum Porter Grand Reserve and Brewdog Cocoa Psycho, weighing at a whopping 6.5% and 10% respectively.

 

I slept well I can tell you.

Have you tried Lagunitas IPA? It's my new favourite.

 

I'm in Silicon Valley 2 or 3 times per year and I agree Lagunitas IPA is a very nice beer. It is the one I mostly drink when over there.

Has this had a mention yet? Anytime I head into Leeds I usually head straight for Head of Steam and get one of these on draught. Absolutely gorgeous stuff but at well over 8% abv I can only handle a couple. 

 

 

We're putting Beavertown Gamma Ray on tap in a couple of weeks. Very happy about that.
