So you are saying that if we get somebody good, it will be better than if we get somebody bad?

Have you thought about a career in punditry?

If we get someone who has a record of doing well with transfer negotiations and has a reputation for that then I can understand Ayre going.Im not an expert when it comes to European football but the only people I can think of with that kind of reputation are Levy from Spurs and whoever deals with transfers for Porto.

I don't see us getting someone like that and this has been done just to appease the fans imo, Ayre was not the problem as he bid what he was told to and would have had no problem paying big for players as it didn't come out of his pocket.

David Dickinson. He has an eye for a bargain. I bet he at least wouldn't have paid £32.5 million for a post-war Belgian floor lamp.

He'd be better off at Everton, although their stadium would continue to fall apart as he nicks all the Ronseal to use on his face.

Apparently reports in Germany saying that Ayre will take over as "general manager" (whatever that means) at 1860 Munich next summer when he leaves.

For any of their fans checking out the Liverpool message boards to see what kind of prospective leader he will be, I'm afraid there is only one thing we can say:
