Finished Dark, brilliant.

Need a new show, is The Killing any good? The US one as I don't want to sit through Subtitles in every show.

I thought it was excellent. I'm not sure how many seasons there are, I think I saw two.

Edit: I've just seen there are four seasons! I'd better get on that...

Just watched Gun no 6 in iPlayer, fantastic drama / documentary, reaally moving in parts. Americans should be made to watch.

Will dive in knacker deep on the neww David Attenborough series Dynasties. On iPlayer in 4k.

Also mean to check out Mike Judge's Tales From The Tourbus series on Youtube, could be hilarious.

I've been watching The Kominsky Method (Netflix) with Michael Douglas & am finding it pretty enjoyable. Funny & quite touching at the same time with echoes of Curb Your Enthusiasm in places.

I think there's only 8 episodes at under 30 minutes each so not exactly a huge endeavour to watch either.

Wouldn't say it's a 9/10 but it's a good show. The casting is largely spot on as well from the books.

Yep - Connolly has a lot of impact I think. A bit wire-esque (not just with the cast but with the very slow burner plotting). I gave up on the books years ago as they seemed to  bet getting OTT, but the show manages to weave together some of the most prominent plotlines while still advancing the characters.

Welliver's performance gives me one more reason to go back and have a proper crack at Deadwood.

Reminded me of a modern version of The Odd Couple. I enjoyed it a lot too.

Homecoming 7/10.

I don't usually mind slow burners but this is really slow in the middle. Also, it's very stylish which usually hides substance deficiencies. It hides it well, though. I'd say it's one of those shows that sells itself as smarter than it actually is.
