I like Rafa but there is too many to count from him, he was a mad bastard at times.

paying a british record for Andy Carroll. (Not benitez)

Buying Robbie Keane-

Selling Keane and leaving us with Voronin as the only striker for a load of games when Torres got injured.

Roy Hodgson was a mistake in general

Buying paul konchesky and Christian Poulsen.

We have been the victim of these baffling decisions for years

Hodgson signing Paul Konchesky for £4 million + Dalla Valle and Kacaniclic.

This for me is one of the most inexplicable decisions by any manager, let alone an LFC manager, ever.

Even with Diouf, at least he was a relatively unknown quantity and seemed to have potential when we signed him. It wasn't like Houllier was just wasting money for the sake of it.

When the Konchesky deal was announced I was seriously expecting it to end with an ethics probe as someone must have been getting paid off to make a deal that stupid. He was obviously far short of the quality required, and then to make it far worse we paid about three times too much. As if that wasn't already enough, we threw in two promising youngsters as a bonus. Completely mystifying. To this day I wonder if there was a brown bag full of cash involved for Hodgson.
