the PS3 version is excellent the PC version is Awful.

 

i think they really shot themselves in the foot as the PC version plays more like a console and you have to play it through steam (should be called steaming pile of shite)

 

you cant chose maps, there are no dedicated servers (which will piss alot of clans off no end) game play is restrictive etc there are many many cons on the PC version and if you liked COD 4 i would stick with it as this is nothing like as versatile.

 

Yes the graphics are much improved but the game play has suffered.

 

For the PS3 its probably the best game ive ever played, the airport scene is disturbing in single player :) the co ops modes are excellent and it works well just a shame they nerfed it on the PC.

 

9.9/10 for the PS3

 

4/10 for the PC

 

i think ill try to return or sell my PC version (i fucking hate Steam).

Oh ok i will, yes you can go prone. And you get rewards for ganking people while in that position also

 

apologies it was a genuine question, had battlefild and snipers counldnt go prone, just down on one knee as if they were proposing.

Just started playin it about 5 hours ago and already finished it. But i have to say, WHAT A FUCKING GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

 

 

I was pissed off as my local sainsburys didn't have it in stock (only £26), now after reading that I'm feeling a little better....I prefer a long single player game, not much into the online play.

Fantastic game. COD4 was brilliant but they have built on that success by making this masterpiece. Online play is very addictive and the actual campaign is good. I'm just about to try the campaign in veteran mode.
