Internets still fucked bump. Bastards. I've been telling them it appears to be an exchange/line card fault for days as all the stuff I've got here for testing lines (ADSL tone tests and all that bollocks) come back as a good line. No, noise, good freq response, low attenuation and so on.

Anyway, had a call about half and hour ago. "There is a problem at the exchange.. Sorry about that, it'll be sorted later today. Me 1 - 0 BT.

Damn, I don't remember posting this neg-tantrum. A few nights ago I finished PaulieD's home made cider (which was actually wine) followed with some actual cider and smoked the last of my sticky afghan I brought back from Amsterdam. Felt a little woosy I must say.

 

I found some great pony wallpapers I have got on my works and home machines. Looking forward to a few tins tonight, a spliff and new episode.

In other news, I've had a cunt of a week. Fucking suppliers and no-good fucking couriers with my parts.

 

Stuff that should have came in on Monday only just turned up at 4pm today, meaning I had to wait in for delivery and therefore missing out on my afternoon off. I had 3 callouts lined up for this afternoon at £50 a pop, had to cancel the lot, so if I can't rearrange for evening callouts, I'm £150 out of pocket.

 

Seeing as I'm now 2 days behind on stuff, and 3 of these are promised for tomorrow, I'm still in work now catching up.

 

Bastards. Their names are going down in my notebook.

 

 

My wish is they all suffer from bad AIDS, and my secret is that ASUS board you see in that pic was supposed to go back on return, but the driver never collected it. But, he signed for it.
