Few that come to mind

The Lovely Bones - fuck was that all about

Battle Royale 2 - pfffft, shittest sequel ever

Flowers in the Attic - fucking cack, who knew can a story about incest could be shit?

15 Minutes - You were in it De Niro, you were

Al Pacino was in one called 88 hours? Or something like that a couple of years back and it was truly embarrassing after his work in stuff like The Godfather and Dog Day Afternoon.

Elmer Gantry.

I know we've been here before CD, but what a great film that is.

(For those just dipping in, this is a recommendation, NOT a contender for "worst film".)

The New Barbarians, a Mad Max cheap rip off which has dummies in explosions and the baddies drive golf carts wrapped in tin foil to make them futuristic looking.

The baddies are called the Templars who are all gay and catch men, tie them up and bum them. They kill all the women.

This isn't the "gay porn" thread mate.

I know it's got a bit of a cult following (looking at you Sec) but if there is a worse film than The Room I'll eat my hat. I'll eat your hat. I'll eat anyone's hat.

Just the ultimate talentless vanity project.

"Only God Forgives" just called and asked for 327 hats for breakfast.

There are films that are just really bad; incoherent scripts, bad acting, incompetent camera work and terrible special effects. These movies are usually quite fun to watch if you see them with some pals and a couple of beers... films like "Manos, hands of fate", "Troll 2", "Santa Claus battle the Martians", "Birdemic" and, the worst of them all, "The Room".

But the really bad films are those intended to be good, and miserably faling at that. For me, the worst is "Three of Life". Beyond words.

As someone above has just said, some films are so bad they're good (who doesn't love a naff B movie or movie that relegates itself to the status of B-Movie), some films are bad but inoffensive and don't don't take themselves too seriously (like Battleships), some films are bad because the subject matter may bore you (Tree of life/Boyhood) and some may just be technically bad.

But the title of 'worst film' has to be reserved for those films with no redeeming feature, films that are intentionally horrible purely for the sake of shock value or bring out a darker side of a directors mindset* (be it intentionally or unintentionally).

For that reason, films like a Serbian film, Goodbye Uncle Tom or Human Centipede 2 (among many others) are hands down some of the worst films ever made.

*The Transformers franchise is a weird one as it floats between a few categories, while technically  it's pretty bad (be it editing, characterization or general storytelling) and also displays some of the more unpleasant sides of Michael Bay (the Racist stereotyping of 'the twins' in Transformers 2, casual stereotyping and general misogyny) it's still Robots beating shit out of each other with, albeit limited, moments of impressive visuals and B movie appeal that, if you grew up liking transformers as a kid, you can still enjoy.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I reckon they use that film to interrogate inmates at Guantanamo Bay.

"Give me the locations of your next targets"

"I'll give you nothing infidel pig. Get the cloth and the water, I'm ready"

"Oh look, Indy's getting into a fridge..."

"Big Ben, Mount Rushmore and the world's largest thermometer in Baker California... just make it stop!"

Only God Forgives, absolute nonsense.

But incomprehensible nonsense at that - and dressed up as art, which makes my fucking blood boil. It's like some filmmakers think they can find an audience for any old shite simply by calling it art.
