The Jamaican Ginger Cake thread reminded me of when Aaron Miller and I swapped crisps, sweeties and chocolates many years ago. We each sent a shoe box full of goodness, felt a bit guilty as mine came to £13 total whereas his came to $50. Aaron is American for those that don't know.
