Looks like the player of old that we were once linked to. Been superb in both matches against France. Admittantly, haven't seen that many Fulham games this season, apart from that embarrasing affair a few weeks ago.

 

Wouldn't cost that much considering he's 30 now (considering we don't have a pot to piss in) and probably much better than we have in a squad currently. Only problem being his hideous injury record which has ravaged much of his career.

Thought Anelka was excellent. Never forgave Mad Ged for not signing him. Now he is worth bidding for - but the Chavs wouldn't sell him to us even if we had the dosh.

Always liked Duff especially for ireland, i have never seen a player like him to always get a cross in, it's phenomenal he always gets the fucking cross in, the little freak.

Say what you like, the pace he had isn't still there, but he'd still be a better option than Babel or Riera on the left imo. He's also won league titles. Could do with that kind of experience in the squad tbh.
