Stayed in best western Forest Hills in Frodsham after the match Wednesday night, so had a brekkie Thursday morning before work, with a view over the Mersey for company.

 

Was standard buffet fayre, overcooked eggs and not very good black pudding and the beans might as well’ve been sitting in water.

 

good sausages and bacon though.

And now this morning just had a decent full English with a few disappointing notes.

 

no mushrooms was annoying - but my missus shared some from her veggie option - and the egg was hard. Otherwise very nice and the meaty parts were superb.
