Stupid decision by Real. I really think that they sacked him because they couldn't control him. Capello builds winning teams not circus acts. He's one of the greatest managers of all time, let alone the current era.

 

I'd be very worried that Capello will stick around for a while and replace Fergie in a year or two. Mind you, I could see him wanting to manage Italy at the world cup.

 

To be honest, Schuster was a great player, but an absolute nutcase. I can't see them controlling him. He'll probably have it out with a few of the Real players/board and get the sack by December.
