In protest and the sagging off and disgraceful voting in regards to acts from the 50s and country artists in the recent polls I have been listening to plenty of old stuff and old and new country.

Chris Stapleton and Sturgil Simpson are superb. Sturgil is the closet I've heard to a modern day Waylon Jennings

Still can’t believe Gram Parsons didn’t make the cut. Outrageous.

Cracking record that, havnt heard it for years. There's been a few records about Belfast including the Simple Minds iconic Belfast Child and Bono''s bound to have done a few I'm glad I've missed however the king of all records about Belfast has to be the below protest song written to put an end to the troubles.

Unfortunately it backfired as UDL leader Billy mad wolf McManus put a bounty on the dancers head and the IRA later admitted the song was played in the torture and knee capping of victims.

10 out of 10 for effort though.
