He's turning out to be way better than I would have ever thought. He's unbelievable with his feet as well, he doesn't get a game for Ireland in goals but he could probably do a job in midfield.

Gavin Bazunu who plays for Portsmouth on loan from City. He's also an incredible talent who's grabbed his chance to be fair but you have to feel for Caoimhìn. It's one thing not to start ahead of Alisson and another not to get a game in the worst Ireland side in decades.

Should have saved two goals in the quarter final - one from Vardy and Maddison. Chelsea won't let get us away with giving them a two goal lead, so I'd be bringing Allisson back for the final.

I think he's top quality, and given how much of the ball his team-mates played to him last night in tight situations, they've every faith in him too. 

A poor goalkeeper is always quickly exposed. No mean feat to go to Stamford Bridge and Arsenal and put in really solid performances. 
 

'Caoimhin's tournament', according to Klopp last night, so he'll definitely be starting the final, fitness permitting.

Has come on massively since looking nervous in those Cup games from a couple of seasons back where we threw the kids in. Our undisputed number 2 and a very reliable back up for Alisson. Way ahead of Adrian now too,thankfully.

Probably starting another debate here, but that particular version of Reina wasn't fit to lace the boots of either Alisson or Dave Kelleher. In hindsight, I think that even at his best, he was always a bit overrated by us. Thankfully, we're in a great place in the position now.

I'd say the summer after that, Adrian isn't going back to number 2, the Brazilian is too young and we aren't buying a No2 when we already have one.

Yes, maybe. It'll depend how much he pushes for a move. He's 23 and presumably wants to play football.

 

Ideally we'd keep him and fuck Adrian and Karius off. But I could see a situation where Kelleher was tempted by a move to another Premier League club.

Don't think we'll sell yet but as with any promising No.2 sitting behind a clear No.1 there'll come a time where he or the club will make a decision on the future.

 

We've got Alisson until 2027 Kelleher is 23 now and will be 28 by the time that contract expires.
