Ok so all nominations are in. 

 

120 films nominated in total.

54 got over 1 vote so will be entered. 

21 of them got 5 or more votes. 

First round will be 5 groups of 8 and 2 groups of 7. 2 to go through from each group.

It's a good list, as always, some surprises. Paper Moon and The Last Picture show didn't make it. Nashville too, I would maybe expect Days of Heaven instead of Badlands. No Straight Time. No Hair is a big surprise. Ryan's Daughter. Also surprised Jeremiah Jonson didn't make it and none of the 70s westerns.

Ah shit, forgot about this. 

 

Also, Paper Moon rep. Class film.

 

Suspiria and Don't Look Now the two big omissions. No Long Goodbye, Slap Shot, Eraserhead, Solaris, Scum or Superman.

 

Suspiria would have made my list, not sure the others would have made it, so not a shock that some great films couldn't get in.
