If it did involve all that stuff in the way your man says, then surely, as the World Economic Forum, surely they would mention it in the same vain as he does?

Everywhere you read about vaccines all talk about it taking 10 years (actually 10.7)

How is this not getting through? 
 

Everything has been scaled up, more labs, more volunteers, more resources. 
 

Every year there is a finite number of volunteers for drug trials. That’s a critical path. On this they’ve literally had millions of people volunteering and havent had to pay them.
