I thought it would be a bit of cheesy fun as a homage to the Karate Kid but it's much more than that, it's fucking ace. I love how the roles have been flipped but their core values have remained in place.

 

Only watched a couple of episodes tonight but I am pure buzzing off it. Hoping for a few cameos from some more of the original cast particularly John Kreese and they could also delve into the sequels.

 

Even if it was a stand alone show without the Karate Kid nostalgia it would still be ace.

Yeah, same. Seen the first 2 free on YouTube and it actually seems like Johnny Lawrence is Miyagi this time round with a Cobra Kai twist. Could be good and at 30 minute episodes it's an easy binge.
