Not sure the Russians are fighting ISIS as much as fighting Syrian rebels opposing Assad.

Still, good of Hammond to go into bat for Turkey whilst they aid ISIS by bombing the Kurds and buying their oil. Top ally. Especially when you add in they have now escalated things by bringing down a Russian jet for bombing Syrians that they don't want them to.

In Pets At Home last night looking for a shit scoop when I happened upon this little fella among many other rodents, who all looked perfectly happy and had stated lifespans of around 8 years.

His drastically shortened lifespan and requirement to live alone as an adult a bit of a give away to his sexual status.

Even hamsters eh, Assad?

Fucking immigrants. Living off welfare in 7 bedroom hutches, and plotting terrorist atrocities in the puppy-pen.

Possible extract from a future Guardian article :

Strongman President Erdogan Shoots Down Russian Jet as Operation Gladio Continues

North Atlantic Terrorist Organization's fifth column, Turkey, has shot down a Russian Jet as it continues to support NATO and its partner, ISIS. One of NATO's Tory puppets, Philip Hammond, expressed "unwavering support for Strongman", and hoped to get either brown envelopes from ISIS oil money, or a nice little deposit in one of his offshore tax haven accounts. Cameron was seen jumping for joy in Downing Street. According to sources from within the U.S. Republican Party, John McCain is to start a 24 hour bender before asking US gov to "attack Russia" on behalf of his defence contractor buddies.

"I might not even know where Russia is on a map, but I sure as hell can call for us to attack it. I heard they got Communists, and we've always defended ourselves against those Red Beasts." He said, in a half-drunken statement.

Obama called for "calm", and in a statement requested that "we keep up our fight against ISIS, and remain united against this ruthless terrorist group that we ourselves created, funded, and armed."

NATO, after repeated requests from The Guardian on NATO's latest Operation Gladio plans, stated that "That operation don't even exist no more. Now get on with writing what the damn MoD told you to, and stay out of our faces yo."

Update from Patrick Wintour : Jeremy Corbyn hasn't yet featured in this article, but we'll find something negative to add about him later.

Erdogan in June, 2012 :

Mr Erdogan spoke of Turkey's "rage" at the decision to shoot down the F-4 Phantom on 22 June and described Syria as a "clear and present threat".

"A short-term border violation can never be a pretext for an attack," he said. The Turkish jet was on a training flight, testing Turkey's radars in the eastern Mediterranean, he said.

Are they not to some extent one and the same?

It's amazing that you can watch RT for free in the UK. It's the opposite propaganda. I bet you they won't have Sky News on in Russia.

No, it's entirely as if the situations aren't comparable.

One country shooting down another's fighter plane following a short incursion into its airspace in 2012 is not comparable to one country shooting down another's fighter plane following a short incursion into its airspace in 2015?

How so?

How so?

In the development of the same conflict. Featuring the same nation.

After which the Turkish PM stated "A short term border violation can never be a pretext for an attack" and NATO questioned the disregard of international norms.

If they aren't in some way worthy of comparison then no two events are.
