They don't usually have a sponsor do they?

Where's the money coming from? Genuine quesiton, i'm not being a cunt.

West Brom do not have a permanent sponsor, i learned today.

Replica shirts are sold without a sponsor on the front because they change it each game. Apparently its a unique principal but the highest bidder gets their name on the shirt each week. Today they agreed to have the earthquake appeal on the front as a gesture of good will, to help raise some much needed cash. And its pretty dam good of them to be honest. In this age of greed and corrruption in football - its good to see there are good guys out there.

I agree with Ris - i like them too, the least annoying Birmingham/Black country out there. I miss having them in the Premiership... its normally 6 points a season for us!

Heard it on the radio before. They're auctioning off the 18 shirts too and giving the money plus a donation of their own to the appeal. I noticed all the Spanish games over the weekend has a minute's silence, but ours didn't....

To be honest I don't think minutes silences should happen for stuff that doesn't directly involve either ourselves or football. It just seems insincere to me alot of the time.
