Funniest thing that's been on telly in along time.

I think I expected too much and never 100% enjoyed it. However they did have a lot to live up to from last years special when Nana died, now that was an episode.

I didn't rate it last night, checking to see what the time was whilst watching it was a tell-tale sign of a poor episode. Gavin & Stacey weren't upto much either. Both had a few funny lines but that was about it

got to agree with this.dont get me wrong,some great funny lines in it but lost the plot a bit i thought.just been watching some old episodes of 'early doors'.by craig cash.genius.

Tom Courtenay. He played the title role in Billy Liar in 1963, when one of his girlfriends was played by Helen Fraser aka Dave's mum.
