After the West Ham cup final we were in a hotel in Bristol with loads of their fans, some big, bald hard looking fucker (no Chris, not my da) came up to us and went on a rant about how without Gerrard we were nothing.

Boro - Stevie G again won us 2 points that another player could have.

Everton - in a tight game only Gerrard propably got those goals.

Look at a team like Villa doing quite well with lots of good players but no great players. Gerrard and Torres would give them every chance to challenge for the title.

Personally I'd prefer Reina in goal other then Torres or Gerrard. Much rather Carra and Skyrtl at the back too.
