Changeling - 7.5/10 Looked superb, 1920s art deco from the first frame to last. Jolie was very very good and the story utterly insane seeing it was a true story. Enjoyed it lots.

Sorry just not my type of film.

Taken - 8/10.

Awful opening 30 minutes, awful last ten minutes, awful dialogue.

Everything else in between was fucking superb!

God i loved it. Quality film 9/10 for me.

A superb film, worth at least an 8/10!

Clint Eastwood makes very very very good films.... Fact.

Really? I fucking loved that film.

Me too. Thewlis is excellent.

Watched '30 days of Night' recently. Not bad as vampire films go, at least the vamps weren't swanning around in big shirts being all moody and introspective. Anne Rice has a lot to answer for.

7/10 - for Melissa George, plenty of blood and a full-on axe decapitation.

Primer : 9/10 - the ending seemed a little rushed but this is almost too good to describe. And confusing for large parts.

Tokyo Psycho : 1/10 - almost unwatchable, but it gets 1 point for being so shit it's funny (i hate that phrase but it worked here). Best avoided/destroyed though.

The Shipping News - 3 of 10.

Boring, predictable, full of clichés. I've seen the same movie in 3 million different versions before. "Broken" man taken out of natural habitat to new exotic location where he finds quirky, small-town characters, love, and not least, himself. Fuck off.
