You two absolute twats having a go a Kuyt. Are you actually watching the match?

It's a really good game so far, though, and I'm impressed with City.

Read my post properly before you tar me with someone else shit.

Very cagey game overall with no real clear chances for either side.

Babel will come on after 60 minutes and cause them a few problems I feel.

Halftime, I think we've played well if you look at where Man City is in the league and that ManU have come here and lost, we've looked dangerous without giving them a chance to be dangerous on the break. This is in addition to the fact that Man City are playing a defensive formation. They've really only threatened us when Arbeloa was still getting his feet wet at the beginning.

It depends on who plays up front. We definitely need someone in the box attacking the crosses.

A decent first half. We look very shaky at the back. Finnan has been poor, Arbeloa looks confused. But we also looks able to create something. We just need our first touch and the last pass to be more precise. Yossi came to life the last 5 minutes. I would like to have Babel on for Kuyt. Babel to change position with Benayoun at times. I would really like too see Benayoun just off Torres. Yossi with a much better touch and vision than Kuyt can thread passes through for Torres. And also Babel threatneing on the break.

I think the first goal will win this match!

I don't like this so far.

Arbeloa is a loose cannon on deck, deffo not his usual self. Whether he hasn't recuperated from being ill or is just shitting himself at cb I don't know, but this can't continue.

I also feel Gerrard is lying too deep. Let Mascherano and Arbeloa carry the ball out from the back, Stevie.

Finnan has been struggling on his side, and I fear that could be our undoing. Hopefully he will lift himself in the second half, along with Arbeloa.

I'd bring Babel on for Kuyt pretty soon to get some more pace up front. Xabi is another alternative, but I'd rather keep Javier on and have Gerrard a bit further up front.

We definately need to step it up a gear.
