Kuyt has not been poor, but there has not been any end product.

He's got involved far more than Torres, but is running into nowhere. Wheras Torres is moving into positions far more dangerous, but not getting the ball.

Benayouns shot was the perfect example, good shooting chance, but a simple flick to the right and Torres would have been wide open with the keeper.

Me thinks we should bring on Alonso in the second half, move Gerrard further up the pitch and have Xabi dictating the play. Or replace Kuyt with Babel, he's more direct, which we need.

He did an ace little bit of skill to lay the ball off for Benayoun, has played a few good little through balls. He's put in a couple of decent crosses, has both come deep for the ball and played on the shoulder of the defender. He's made some intelligent runs to drag defenders out of position, and has, as usual, worked tirelessly. Is he going to be our first choice striker for the next five years? No. Is he shit? No.

Torres deserves to be cut some slack. He has earnt it. Kuyt is shit. People are happy because he isn't as shit as he normally is.

Pathetic. Truely pathetic. Most of our moves all start with Dirk holding it up before laying it off. He lost the ball twice that half. Twice. You're so $blind it's fucking annoying.
