Bloody hell. I’m remembering now though I can’t really remember anywhere down south serving them apart from one in London. I think there’s a Sui Mai shop near Dale St. 

 

Lovely with a bit of soy sauce. My mum used to eat them in the Golden Phoenix when I was a kid and I used to think she was bloody disgusting and wait for my pineapple fritter.
