Are the Clampits really singing 'Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that'?

Wild if true, and totally on brand.

They're singing that to Villa? Seriously?

Fuck me ragged, modern football fans are absolute bells!

City's back four do look there for the taking.

Who's getting giddy?

I just want Guardiola to have to play both Haaland and De Bruyne so they suffer a little more wear and tear going into the end of the season.

Fair enough but can’t see them needing them

Grealish has both screamed on the referees face and appealed for a yellow card. Result- ?

Did he do the gesture though? (Not watching).  That's the only thing that's punished so they can target the non-natives who find it easier to gesture rather than shout "that's a yellow ya cunt!" in the refs ear.

Just saw a stream on twitter, watched it for about 30 seconds and saw the ref is Darren England. If City need a decision in the 2nd half they'll get it. He's one of the Abu Dhabi side gig crew and we've got first hand experience of it. Absolute fucking cunt should never have been allowed to work in football again.

I usually avoid watching City, but have flicked over before watching Masterchef and noticed those giant advertising hoardings. I’m surprised they’re allowed them as they dominate the screen and they’re very distracting, especially the giant Chinese ads.

Not the imaginary yellow card, no. But everyone knows what they mean when they wave their arms and point. They need to be strict.

Hopefully he’s got a basic grasp of the language today and doesn’t get ‘yes’ confused with ‘no’.

I’d guess they’re allowed anything Abu Dhabi decide?

To be fair those hoardings cost £1 billion each.
