Did he do the gesture though? (Not watching).  That's the only thing that's punished so they can target the non-natives who find it easier to gesture rather than shout "that's a yellow ya cunt!" in the refs ear.

Just saw a stream on twitter, watched it for about 30 seconds and saw the ref is Darren England. If City need a decision in the 2nd half they'll get it. He's one of the Abu Dhabi side gig crew and we've got first hand experience of it. Absolute fucking cunt should never have been allowed to work in football again.
