He was a yard onside at least.

The way some people talk about this episode Im not sure they actually have watched the game.

He was flagged offside. He looked onside. We wouldn’t know if it had been given without the lines. We’ve all seen decisions look off when players are on and vice versa.

Ultimately, we don’t know if he was on or off. On field decision was offside, so he was offside. Simples.

And Mo’s header was pathetic.

"His form sends him back to the bench". What form would that be then? The form that has him either scoring or assisting every 80 minutes or something?

He does have to stop missing sitters, it's a big problem, but you're talking like that's all he's doing and you're ignoring the goals he's scoring and creating at a better rate than anybody else in the squad. He's playing great, even yesterday his performance was really good until that horrendous miss.

You’ve almost answered the ‘form’ point yourself Dave.

I’m not ignoring the goals and assists - it’s about the level of consistency required to mount a challenge for the title or other honours.    He tucks that chance away and almost certainly LFC are two points better off now. But of course dropping those points to relegation certainties is not just down to him.

I don't think 4-3-3 is really working for any of the players. Nunez, Jota, macAllister, Trent, left-back-of-the-week.

I hate it now.

Trent's dual role seems to always come with more negatives than positives.

I think we have the players to perfect the 352, we basically have Serginho and Cafu, and in Szoboszlai we have Kaka, and a top two of Salah and Nunez is better than Shevchenko and whoever else played in that Milan team. But to do that need another DM or a really progressive CB.  Dunno, VVD+Gomez+Konate+Matip+Quansah seems 1 short to cover 3 across a season.

Bumcunt's back and he's bringing Milan's 2005 crew out of retirement over Nunez's miss. I like it.

But leaving him out because he misses the occasional sitter means you're losing out on all the boss things he's bringing, which is fucking nuts. Cutting your nose off to spite your face type behaviour.

It's fine to be annoyed at the missed sitters, but it needs keeping in perspective.

I like him, he's done some quality videos on us this season. He was a bit hyper in that one though, probably still on a high from his holiday.

Can't argue with the content, like. Although the 'Joe Gomez is playing LB/LCB because Darwin is ace now' take is a bit of a stretch.
