Smashed up the rear end

Got smashed into this morning by a Ford Ranger(weighs about 2 tonnes). Cars fucked, I'm in agony and the insurance companies and the accident management companies(never heard of these before) are all a bunch of Shitehawks. Got to sort a new car now and fuck about with car dealers who are Gobshites, as opposed to the opposite shower of insurance shitehawks. Gobshites and shitehwaks the lot of them.

The bizzy, the lad who drove into me and his well shocked 5 year old, are the only decent people I've come across today.

Thought i'd share as I'm in agony and I need a win tonight to cheer me up.

Bugger.

Looks like the brightness of the sun might have played a part there, I had a rear end shunt about 8 years ago with one of those giant MPVs. Horrible experience and had whiplash for about a month.

The silly fucker in my case tried claiming it was my car that reversed into his. At a roundabout. No idea what possessed him to try that one.

Yep, the early morning sun did it for him, he was sound, said he never saw me at all till the last 2-3 seconds, he said he was doing 4 when he hit me, he reckoned.

Their currently fucking with my fuck and twisting my melon, man.

No docs, though she reckons I've had concussion - as well as the excruciating back and neck pain, me right calf has throw the towel in for some reason - I've been dizzy, felt well sick and loads of pains in me stomach(for some reason).

Dear god, you need medical attention ASAP, regardless of any legal action you should be taking.

Typical of the right calf, you can never trust them in the trenches when the going gets tough.

Indeed, and its connected to the shin bone and the shin bone is connected to the knee bone, who, as we all know, is an absolute wrong'un.

She said that. I haven't been able to move away from the phone all day, what with the insurance and accident management people on my case. I'll be going tomorrow.

Ultimately it's your decision, but my first move would have been to put the paperwork to one side and get my lawyer to refer me for a medical examination.

Get checked over either at the doctors or A&E then get a decent solicitor on the case , claims management companies are bastards and insurance ones aren't much better .

Look after yourself lad , I drive for a living and have been involved in quite a few of these over my many years behind the wheel feel free to message me if you want mate

Get what you are saying fella and appreciate your advice and concern, I've just got lost in dealing what doesn't matter as opposed to what should matter. Tragically and typical for me, its too close to the kick off now, to risk waiting in a hospital waiting room for 5 hours.

Don't let that stop you from seeking compensation - his insurance is going up anyway, the insurance company is the one who ponies for any settlement.

You must mean 40.
