I know we are awash with attacking mid, but it's the only place that Can can play. If he is repeatedly selected and played out of position then I don't know why people are surprised when he fucks up. On that basis I think Can should be sold to pay for a specialist defensive mid. He's a decent player if he's played right. He won't get that role at Liverpool, so should move on.
